Clothes For Care

We are very proud to announce Clothes For Care, a clothing drive in partnership with various clothing brands to donate to the less fortunate. With the help of Single Second, Ultra, Charlie Noble, Jonathan Da Lynn, Phormula, BMC, Freshjive, Desired Hearts and a few others, we were able to collect a large amount of clothing including jackets, beanies, sweatshirts, t-shirts, hats, pants and even sneakers that will be donated to a local rescue mission, which will greatly benefit people who need these more than most. We would again like to thank the brands who participated in this campaign to make a difference and supporting the cause.

Update: Further explanation and pictures can be found after the jump.

The Clothes For Care donation was dropped off at the Orange County Rescue Mission on December 29th, 2009. The Orange County Rescue Mission is located in Tustin, CA and is home to homeless men, women and children. Their Village of Hope is a 192-bed transitional housing program that helps individuals get back on their feet. We had the privilege of being able to donate with the help of the brands listed above. The donation drop-off center is a large warehouse with a variety of essentials that are given to the residents who live at the rescue mission. Below are pictures documenting the drop from receiving the packages in the mail to dropping them off at the Orange County Rescue Mission. I am pictured wearing the black jacket, while the person in white was an employee who helped move the clothes to the drop off area. Again, I would like to thank everyone who made this all possible.
