A Bathing Ape made some noise with their Shark hoody, which has been adapted to their apparel, footwear, accessories and other products. It was only a matter of time till A Bathing Ape released the Shark base Bapex watches. Three different color choices for the right side of the face are available in either grey, black or red. Each features the Shark design along with silver bands. Fans of the Shark series can now find the watches at Bape stockists, while the grey model is limited to Hong Kong, Taiwan and Singapore. A Bathing Ape and American athletic apparel makers Champion are teaming up together this Fall to create a classic pullover sweatshirt and hooded sweatshirt. We can see the original Bape “College” print featuring the “Ape Head” logo centered on the chest. In addition, the sleeves have the Champion logo and “Ape Head” tab aligned and sewn together. It will be available in two colorways, navy and grey. The release will be available at Bape Store London and eu.bape.com for purchase in November 2010.
A Bathing Ape is dropping a new set of Oxford striped shirts for Summer 2010. Particularly aimed for the more classy, fashionable crowd, the new Oxford striped shirts clearly do not disappoint. They will be available in three new stylish designs (Baby Milo, Apehead, Sta), which will be embroidered throughout the classic Oxfords along with the Ape Face appearing on the chest pocket. A Bathing Ape celebrates the 1 Year Anniversary of their U.S website, http://us.bape.com, with the release of a limited shirt. A Bathing Ape uses one of the many faces of their brand, Baby Milo, to appear on this special anniversary tee. Baby Milo features his normal self on one side and a pixelated version on the other. The Stussy and A Bathing Ape partnership rolls on with the creation of this Premier Member Limited Original Stock Multi Camo tee. The shirt will only be offered to Stussy’ Japan based Premier Members. In addition, the latest installment in the Stussy x A Bathing Ape collaboration mimics their previously release logo tee, except this time around Multi Camo is used. Release is scheduled for June 30th.

From June 25th through June 30th, A Bathing Ape will be opening their Pirate Store inside of their Los Angeles and New York locations. The store will offer factory second items for men and women including clothing, footwear and other goods starting at 50% off. Furthermore, Bape Store LA will be selling popular archived and store displayed items that were not for sale in the past. Both locations will be closed Thursday, June 24th in preparation for the Pirate Store.

Stussy and A Bathing Ape made headlines when they announced their Summer ’10 Capsule Collection to celebrate Stussy’s 30th Anniversary. A Bathing Ape has now updated the release with a specific date and availability. For those who didn’t see the collection at the end of last month, tees and mesh caps were designed featuring signature details from both companies. G-Shock continues to expand their inventory of collaborations by teaming up with A Bathing Ape once again. For the DW-6900 watch, Bape chooses a glossy purple exterior with white accents. The face of the watch includes BAPE written at the top and GO! APE at the bottom. Aside from this, there are no other signs of A Bathing Ape branding. The A Bathing Ape x G-Shock DW-6900 watch will be releasing at Bape locations starting Friday, May 7th and will hit their web shop a day earlier.
