Rapper A$AP Rocky helps model off a zipper-sleeved leather jacket and the black and white “FUNERAL” embroidered snapback. Look for the collection to feature more outerwear such as jackets, cardigans, sweaters, etc. when it drops.

Three great minds will be meeting under one roof for the “Building An Industry” Career Panel presented by Behind The Hustle. Dennis of Crooks & Castles, Nick Diamond of Diamond Supply Co. and Mega of Black Scale will be speaking at the event hosted at the Attic located in Buena Park. Last month, NA of Deadline sat down with Alfred De Tagle of Black Scale in a video interview, which discussed the roots of their brand and an upcoming collaboration between the two. The video showcased an exclusive look at two different snapbacks, one in black and one in red. Here is a more detailed look at one of the snapbacks. The cap pictured above features a black base with a design that combines both elements from Black Scale and Deadline in red and white embroidery. Also found on the cap is “Deadline” stitched in red on the backside. This is just one item from Black Scale’s and Deadline’s capsule collection together, which will be releasing tomorrow, September 11th at Black Scale stores.

L.A. Tattooist Jun Cha and lead designer Rob Garcia sit down to discuss their newest collaboration for Black Scale, ”Lux Aeterna.” They touch on the dark side of art which seems to manifest itself in the work of Black Scale, explain the concept behind the title “Lux Aeterna” (the eternal flame) that served as the core vision of the project, and also offer a sneak peek of what the collaboration has to offer the public- which looks to be a highly detailed camo button up. Black Scale has become a leader in the streetwear industry. Their unique style and consistency has led to the accumulation of large, dedicated fanbase. With this particular release comes the Quickstrike tank tops. There are four tank top designs with varying colorways. The first tank features the original Black Scale logo on black and white colorways. The second tank features a zoom in on the mysterious eyes of Da Vinci’s Mona Lisa on a black background. The third tank features either white or black solid stripes running through the middle complemented by the Black Scale Feather Logo. Today Black Scale begins their Independence Weekend sale by offering 40% off spring items at their flagship locations. Look to find specials on tees, v-necks, and cut & sew items. Be quick though because this sale will only last through the weekend.

After weeks of anticipation, Black Scale will be opening their Los Angeles doors in June. They will commemorate the grand opening with the release of the “BLVCK DIAMOND EVERYTHING” tee and snapback, a project with Diamond Supply Co. The release is slated for June 15th and is located on La Brea Ave near other popular shopping destinations including Stussy, Union, Undefeated and several others. Stay tuned for more details.

5th Column and Black Scale and reunited once again to release their latest capsule collection. The two bring their imagery and style together to form a new series, which features signature designs from both parties. The collaboration yields what is being referred to as BLVCK COLUMN, a combination of the brand names. Tees, jackets, crewnecks and pullover make up their latest drop, but be on the lookout for more to come from the two. The collection can now be found in-store and online at Black Scale.
