The two brands have made a jacket teeming with features, including a custom rain-repellent, breathable shell, leather reinforced buttons, and a trademarked cotton fabric, not to mention the DQM labeling throughout just to give you a reminder of who’s keeping you warm while the temperature falls. DQM and Vans have announced the opening of their new general store today. Located in SOHO, the move allows Vans their first opportunity to establish themselves with a home base in New York, while giving DQM a partner to help further cement their hold on the NY skating streetwear scene. The shop opens Thursday, September 15th, and will carry apparel and shoes from both brands as well as exclusive items that can only be found in-store. Vans and DQM announced today that the two brands will be coming together to form The Vans DQM General which will be located at 93 Grand Street in the SoHo district. With the two coming together it brings the best of California and New York, surfing and skating, footwear and apparel all together in one location. The store is set to open their doors in early September so stay posted as we do our best to cover the opening.

New York brand DQM links up with the established Girl Skateboards to create this “Everyday” Pack. The pack is built on the idea that when it comes to skateboarding there is not set schedule so you need something that can be used any time and every day. The set includes a tee, hat, and deck and will be available come July 1st in store and online at DQM.

Slowly but surely DQM’s summer collection has been arriving in bunches and here we have images of the brand’s 2011 Summer Cap Collection. The headwear pieces come in four styles and each style features a number of color schemes. Included in the collection is the “Catfish”, a twill six-panel cap with contrast color underbrim; “Gaslight”, a wool serge snapback; “A Lick and a Promise” mesh trucker and “Silversun”, a paneled oxford camp cap. DQM, based out of New York City, has just released a pack of  new tees to the public. The “Nothing to Save” Tees, which are available in brown, blue and grey colorways, feature an embroidered DQM logo on the left part of the chest.
