
Mishka has been making moves lately, recently collaborating with Motivation Boutique in Ann Arbor, Michigan, and now with the California based band, Wavves. Followers of the band have probably seen lead singer Nathan Williams wearing a Mishka snapback, possibly hinting at the collab we present you today. The Wavves x Mishka snapback is based off the original Starter cap, featuring a white crown that says “Wavves” & the bands origin, a blue brim with a green underbrim, and a fully embroidered weed leaf on the side. Mishka and New Era link up again to create another “Keep Watch” Fitted Cap. This time the hat comes in a cardinal red colorway and features the “Keep Watch” logo on the front of the cap while a “Mishka” hit is stitched on the back. The hat is available now at the Mishka online store and retails for $46.

Brooklyn based brand Mishka gives a view to their 2010 Holiday collection which is by far a new page in the book for the brand. In contrast to their last Thriller inspired lookbook this one features a more mature, grown, and timeless look. The collection shows the brands cut and sew pieces as they are the main focus. Leave it to Mishka to create a Thriller inspired lookbook shot by the New York retailer Extra Butter for their 2010 Fall/Winter Lookbook. Playing on the theme of “DEATH” the visuals show Zombies and Werwolves making their way through the forest in Mishka pieces. The brand also tell us: “In addition to the “DEATH” theme, the unparalleled Mishka graphic tee assortment features 3 pieces by our friend L’amour Supreme. You’ll notice his infamous Cyco Simon helmet that resides in Mishka’s Brooklyn shop in a massive print on a tee. What is Mishka Lunch Truck Day you ask? Well, it is a day in which Mishka plays host to a number of unique lunch trucks in conjunction with some special deals on certain Mishka items from earlier this year. On top of that, select Fall 2010 items will be available early in limited numbers, and on top of that, Mishka co-founder Greg Rivera will be there to enjoy the festivities as well. This time around the Echo Park store gets the lunch truck love from 12pm to 4pm.

With Summer 2010 on the horizon, Mishka is kicking it off, aside from their Summer 2010 collection, with a throwback. It feels like forever since Mishka had a weekend sale…Oh wait, they had one a couple weeks ago. Anyway, Mishka’s at it again and they’re celebrating Memorial weekend by throwing an even bigger sale.
