Black Scale will be heading out to Philly retailer, Ubiq for the release of their Spring 2010 collection. To top off the release, Ubiq has turned to Philadelphia native Freeway and Gilbere’ Forte to perform at the store. Black Scale commemorates the event with a collaboration tee entitled, BLVCK FREEWAY, which only be available at Ubiq and at the Black Scale store in San Francisco Mark your calendars for March 24th for the performance and Spring ’10 drop.
Black Scale is headlining in yet another collaboration, this time around it is with Frank 151. The two team up to create a limited edition shirt consisting of a geometric shape on the front and both of their logos on the back. The tee is available now at the Black Scale store in San Francisco as well as Frank’s Chop Shop in New York. We mentioned the opening of the Mighty Healthy NYC Pop-Up Shop, which will begin on March 6th through the 14th at Reed Space. To commemorate the occasion, Mighty Healthy announced one of their collaborations that will be exclusively found in-store. MH has joined forced with Black Scale with co-branded designs found on the front and back. Stop by Reed Space starting tomorrow to pick up this limited shirt in either white or black. Black Scale showcased their upcoming releases in Las Vegas this past week and included a few New Eras set to drop later this year. The hats on the far left read Black Scale in Tibetan sanscript and feature inverse colorways of each other, yellow/red and red/yellow. Black Scale and San Francisco’s own r&b singer/song writer J Valentine have come together to put out something special for this Valentine’s Day. The Black Scale x J Valentine Black Valentine tees will hit the Black Scale flagship store in San Francisco today available in black and white.
DTA (Don’t Trust Anyone) and Black Scale continue their collaboration form last year through 2010 with the newest release. The latest creation features the DTA logo on the left chest with a past Black Scale design laid on top of it. On the back is the classic Black Scale script with Don’t Trust Anyone written below. Mosley Tribes is one of the most popular brands of sunglasses and is so popular that it is often referenced in hip-hop songs. As one of the leading brands in their industry, Black Scale looked to them for a few special pieces that will be carried at their store. Us Versus Them previewed their collaboration with Crooks & Castles with their Rise Up video, which showcased the artwork seen on the products. Here’s a look at Us Versus Them latest venture, yet another collaboration, this time around with Black Scale. The project is entitled, La Guerra Clandestina, which translates into the Clandestine War. Yet again the video demonstrates the artwork coming together, which can be found on the UVT x BS t-shirts and crewnecks. Stay posted for a release date.
Hall of Fame, 5th Column and now Fitted Hawaii. Black Scale has been quite the busy brand lately with collaborating with several companies in the last few months and has even more in the near future. The Black Scale x Fitted Hawaii collection consists of the GREED New Era Fitted, which sports black leather construction with GREED written in red. Accompanying the hat will be a matching t-shirt.
