Earlier this month pictures of the Common Magazine x Benny Gold leather argyle key chains surfaced the internet. The set of handcrafted are set to release in August and will be accompanied by matching t-shirts. The shirts feature argyle on the front in a variety of colors including grey, white, green and brown. However, the shirts are only samples and are not official. A specific release date has yet to be announced, but will be posted once news breaks. Benny Gold moves from t-shirt collaborations with Carhartt and Rebel8 to another interesting project involving Japanese periodical, Common Magazine. To two have created a set of leather key chains commemorating the magazine’s three year anniversary. The keychains are hand crafted from premium leather, the same material used for the sole of high-end dress soles. The keychains will be limited to three colors; red, black and navy and will only be available next month through Benny Gold’s website. The production run is limited to 79, the atomic weight of gold. Three other colors will also be hitting Japan next month as well.
