Urbanite presents their Toussaint Louverture Haiti Relief tee in an attempt to raise even more money for the victims of the earthquake that hit Haiti. The shirt features Toussaint Louverture, one of the mot important characters in the Haitian revolution. He led enslaved Africans and Afro-Haitians to victory to establish independence over French colonizers. In addition, Toussaint abolished slavery and secured native control of the colony of Haiti. Not only is the shirt intended to raise money for Haiti, but also inform people of the history of the Louverture. Release is scheduled for Wednesday, February 24th at their webstore at 6:30 PM EST. All proceeds will be donated to the Haiti relief fund.

If you have watched the news recently or flipped through the channels, you have probably heard about the 7.0 earthquake that devastated the country of Haiti. Parts of the world are coming together hoping to deliver relief to the country in need.
