Johnny Cupcakes has freshly baked a new cardigan for both guys and girls. The Cardigan features a contrasting grey colorway coupled with red Johnny Cupcakes school crest applied on the left chest. The heather grey Cardigans also boast custom made metal buttons. Both are now available online at the Johnny Cupcakes store retailing at $75 each.
In part two of the Johnny Cupcakes x Looney Tunes preview we get another glimpse at a t-shirt featured in the collaboration consisting of the long standing feud between Bugs Bunny and Yosemite Sam. The light blue t-shirt is made up of the characters in a JC motif including a Johnny Cupcakes belt, Cupcakes flying into the air and a dough roller in the hands of Bugs Bunny. The back of the shirt also sports c0-branding that has been seen throughout the project. Release is scheduled for this Saturday, at the Boston and Los Angeles locations.
It was only a matter time till we saw someone pair up with Warner Bros’ classic animated series Looney Tunes. That time has come and Johnny Cupcakes steps forth with a collection of t-shirts that will feature Bugs Bunny (pictured above), Yosemite Sam, Elmer Fudd, Daffy Duck and Foghorn Leghorn. All will be available at Johnny Cupcakes Los Angeles, Boston and online starting this Saturday starting at Noon. Each shirt will retail at $40 and will be available in girls and guys sizes. Johnny Cupcakes has created an in-store exclusive t-shirt titled The Bakers Dozen. The shirt features a cartooned toaster with freshly made JC logo toast jumping out. The colors of the graphic work well with the grey base and is finished off with The Bakers Dozen branding at the back with its number printed below it. The tee is limited to only 130 pieces and can be found at Johnny Cupcakes Boston and Los Angeles.
While many companies are turning out the usual jacket or button-up, Johnny Cupcakes mixes things up with their latest concoction, the button up hoody. JC has created two Fall colorways including red/white/black and olive/grey/brown. Each button up hoody features Johnny Cupcakes branding and two chest pockets. Johnny Cupcakes is holding a video contest rewarding the winner with a $500 Johnny Cupcakes gift card. Johnny Cupcakes will be releasing these two in-store exclusive “Anchor” tees at their Boston and Los Angeles location. The Boston colorway consists of red colored print on the front and back on top of a grey shirt. The LA model follows the same color scheme except the substitute red for Los Angeles Lakers purple. You may the last time Johnny Cupcakes had a movie event, it was the viewing of the classic TMNT film. For the screening, JC created a special TMNT shirt, which featured pepperoni pizza in the shape of their logo. The brand is at it again with another memorable hit, The Goonies. The limited edition shirt will be first available to Los Angeles and Boston moviegoers at a special price, but has been said to be hitting their online store eventually. When Johnny Cupcakes first opened their doors to the residents of Los Angeles last year, they released limited edition pieces including an LA exclusive tee. They are at it again with the LA Crackle shirt. It consists of yellow with purple print an a black crackle design behind the enlarge LA letters. Johnny Cupcakes is cookin’ up some more Summer gear with new cut & sew items including two different t-shirt hoodies and two button-ups. The two t-shirt hoodies are made up of simple color blocking featuring either black/purple or grey/yellow. The concept combines a t-shirt with a jacket, making it more appropriate for Summer.
