Earlier this month Rocksmith announced a very special collaboration that would involve the classic hip-hop group, Wu-Tang. Not only have they joined forced with the group, but also with French magazine, Be Street. The Wu Massacre tee is designed by the artists of the magazine and is scheduled to release at retail locations and at the Rocksmith store in New York next month. Quantity will be limited, so we will continue to keep the status of the release up to date as possible.

Scheduled to hit stores along with the rest of their Spring ’10 Collection, Rocksmith has created four New Era fitteds for the upcoming season, the Corduroy, Brooklyn Locs, New Money University and Slumdog Caps. You can expect to find two different colors for each of the styles including either black or teal for the Slumdog hat pictured above. The Corduroy New Era has also caught our because of its interesting combination of colors, corduroy crown and leather brim. Rocksmith is keeping it fresh while keeping us warm with its line for the Fall/Winter 2009 season. The brand has released its lookbook featuring the likes of M-1, Curren$y, and Wiz Khalifa to name a modest few. From varsity jackets to hats and beanies, Rocksmith is doing it big bringing out new colorways for its classic tees and new articles of clothing to keep us rocking hard. Rocksmith has been rather quiet this Summer with one of their latest releases being a collaboration with Black Star, however they do have something in-store for their fans. One of the first pieces of the new Summer ’09 collection is the Engine Engine No.9, in banana yellow, which is a play off on both Chanel and A Tribe Called Quest. Also hitting retailers is the Street Dreams tee in a multi-colored print. If tees aren’t your thing, Rocksmith has also created the red Dot Matrix short sleeve button-up, a nice addition to their Summer line. Talib Kweli and Mos Def make up the group, Black Star and the two have linked up with clothing company Rocksmith to release two collab t-shirts. The tees will go on sale when the duo performs at the Nokia Theater located in New York City on May 30th, 2009. Quantity will be limited to be sure to get yours see when Black Star returns to the stage. If you are not in the area, Karmaloop.com will also be receiving a shipment of the two designs.
